Information Security Specialist
We are looking for an Information Security Specialist to ensure the confidentiality, integrity and availability of all information assets in our company. To develop and implement security policies, procedures and controls. To monitor risk and compliance with security policies and procedures by employees and stakeholders. To investigate security accidents, determine root causes and adapt corrective actions. To educate employees on information security risks and to source best practices for mitigating those risks.
Key responsibilities:
- The Information Security Specialist will be responsible for developing and maintaining the organization’s information security program
- The Specialist will work with other team members to ensure that information security is incorporated into all aspects of the business
- The Specialist will be responsible for identifying and managing risks to the confidentiality, integrity and availability of information assets
- The Specialist will develop and implement policies, procedures and controls to protect information assets from unauthorized access, use or disclosure
- The Specialist will monitor risk and compliance with information security policies and procedures and will take corrective action as necessary
- The Specialist will keep abreast of new threats to information security and will update the companies security program accordingly
- The Specialist will monitor SLAs for responsiveness and coverage
- The Specialist will perform vulnerability testing and security assessments
Skills and experience:
- Have excellent written and oral communication abilities in English
- Have excellent analytical, troubleshooting and interpersonal skills
- Be reliable, organised, meticulous and prepared to work under pressure
- Be a team player while still being able to work independently when needed
- At least 2 year of experience in a similar role
- Experience with computer infrastructure and networking including data loss prevention and data classification
- Be part of the ISMS Committee will be an asset
- Understanding UTM solutions, proxies, UEBA, SIEM, antivirus and vulnerability scanning concepts
- Providing advice on ISO27001 and other relevant compliance standards
- BSc in IT, Computer Science, Cyber Security or related field
- Relevant certifications in information security

Skills and experience:

We are looking for a Junior CRM to join our growing team within the Marketing & Customer relations department and further enhance our product experience for our clients. We are looking for an earnest relationship executive to initiate and nurture steady, mutually beneficial relationships with our clients. As a relationship executive, you should maintain contact with clients, work to understand their needs, and then advise them on which of our offerings could best support their objectives.
To be successful as a relationship executive, you should ensure alignment between our organization’s objectives and each client’s needs. Ultimately, an indispensable relationship executive will take ownership of their work, including their role in promoting clients’ interests.
Key responsibilities:
- Ensuring regular contact with existing clients to maintain our company’s presence
- Engaging and reviving relationships – Building on and nurturing client relationships whilst aligning to the company’s objectives
- Building on client retention and meeting targets
- Preparing reports on the client base
- Identifying inactive accounts and reaching out to the client to understand their needs
- Conducting in-depth needs assessments to better understand each client’s requirements
- Identifying a range of our offerings that could meet the goals and values of each client
- Proposing and deliberating potential solutions in consultation with clients
- Prompting clients to upgrade their existing packages and to purchase additional offerings
- Settling clients’ concerns in a swift and professional manner
- Harnessing internal relationships to better address clients’ needs and to maximize our profits
- Manage the portfolio of clients, ensuring details are updated and documents are valid and compliant
- Be the main point of contact for clients addressing any queries they might have
Skills and experience:
- Prior experience as a relationship executive, ideally in a similar organisation
- Familiarity with CRM software and procedures
- Previous knowledge of effective sales and negotiation tactics
- Outstanding verbal and written communication
- Ability to forge profound working relationships
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills

Payments Officer
We are looking for a Payments Operations Officer to join our growing team within the Operations Department. The ideal candidate should have some background knowledge and experience of working within a financial services environment. A strong team player with good communication skills in English.
Main responsibilities:
- Processing of incoming, outgoing and internal payments
- Ongoing customer and account maintenance
- Creating customer profiles and accounts on system
- Manning customer helpdesk and queries via phone
- Liaising with third party correspondents
Requirements:
- Diploma/certificate in finance, management, operations or a related field will be an asset
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English–any other language is considered an asset
- Knowledge of fintech and payments industry is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Be a team player and able to meet strict deadlines
- Ideally in possession of a Maltese residence permit
