CLIENT ONBOARDING OFFICER
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Officer to join our growing team within the Operations department. The ideal candidate will have some background knowledge and experience of working within a financial services environment.
Responsibilities:
- Performing due diligence checks on prospective corporate and retail customers
- Reviewing KYC documentation
- Liaising with clients and CSPs via email and telephone
- Manning live chat on a roster basis
Requirements:
- Diploma in finance, management, operations, or a related field
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English – any other language is considered an asset
- Knowledge of fintech and payments industry is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
- Be a team player and able to meet strict deadlines

We are looking for a Payments Operations Officer to join our growing team within the Operations Department. The ideal candidate should have some background knowledge and experience of working within a financial services environment. A strong team player with good communication skills in English.
Main responsibilities:
- Processing of incoming and outgoing payments
- Ongoing customer and account maintenance
- Creating customer profiles and accounts on the system
- Manning customer helpdesk and queries via phone
Requirements:
- Diploma in finance, management, operations, or a related field will be an asset
- Fluent oral and written communication skills in English–any other language is considered an asset
- Knowledge of fintech and payments industry is desirable
- Strong attention to detail
